For three reasons we will hesitate to fully do the above recommended
1)it's too easy.
2)it's sounds silly
3)I don't mean it (& I don't want to be a hypocrite)

Answers:
1)the easier it is,the more OBLIGATED you are to DO IT!
2)NOT doing it is silliER by far!!
3)just continue being a hypocrite till you die(secret:sometimes it's a Mitsvah to be one)
